There are a set of Screenshots of NXT in action: the Butterfly Collection. We would stress that these graphical user interfaces are only a small part of the NXT story: the data model, query language and offline analysis tools are equally important.
NXT has been used on a number of data sets both large and small. This is a list of some of them. Some data sets use NXT from the beginning, and for others, a subset of users translated the data to NXT format for analysis or in order to add more annotations.
